Judgeman confiscating Sukuna special grade curse tool, was not necessarily a wrong move, considering he might have assumed the death of many in Shibuya happened due to the use of a special grade curse tool, which by all means seems reasonable, However on doing that he left Sukuna with all his Curse techniques intact, which eventually lead to the defeat of Higuruma
