 Thanks to Code's help the divine tree Acquired knowledge it shouldn't have and has evolved to four beings, via cloning other beings sealed away by the divine tree monsters!, Currently, the divine tree has become sentient!


Each of the Divine Tree evolved beings has Their innate abilities, however, they all have the Rinnengan Dojustu, and they all were aware of Eida's presence and her Senrigan abilities, in chapter 5 it was confirmed that though they are one Unit (Divine tree) they are Experiencing an unprecedented State, in which each possesses independent consciousness, however, there is no major change to their overall Goal which is Devouring Boruto and Kawaki, thereby evolving to their final Form


Nonetheless for some reason yet unknown to them they each seek to devour someone else, Jura he who took the likeness of Isshiki desires to devour Naruto, looking back Isshiki's death was unavoidable/Imminent thanks to Naruto, and Jura harboring thoughts of killing Naruto's is quite understandable Because he is somewhat Isshiki clone! 


As for Mitsuri, the one who took the likeness of Moegi, her instinctive drive is pushing her to devour Konohamaru, As for Hidari the one who took the likeness of Sasuke he wants to devour Sarada, meanwhile the one who took the likeness of Bug his instinctive drive is telling him to devour Eida.


Well there's a lot to their instinctive drive and that's certain, even they themselves were aware of this, but they just gaining sentient couldn't figure it out, it was apparent that this being they sought to devour was the last thing in the minds of those they took the likeness of, e.g Sasuke he was thinking of The protection of Sarada before he was sealed, Isshiki was definitely thinking of Naruto before he passed away because if not for his interference everything would have gone accordingly to as planned and Kawaki would have eventually been his vessel, for that who took the likeness of Bug, he(Bug) was forever afraid of Eida and was definitely aware that she was seeing absolutely everything, even before Eida awakening he has always been fascinated and afraid of the Powers she possesses!
