When Asked by Megumi why he didn't cared much about Hana Kurusu Feelings, when he(Itadori Yuji) Yell out and Said Both Angel and Hana Kurusu shouldn't order them around,  I (Itadori Yuji)don't Trust any of you, thus hurting Hana Kurusu Feelings Unintentionally, his reply were "AFTER REUNITING WITH YOU, THE THOUGHT OF KURUSU... BECOMING A REPLACEMENT FOR KUGISAKI NOBARA... SCARED ME“ 


To be blunt he didn't want to Replace the Relationship he(Itadori Yuji) and Kugisaki Nobara had with someone else, inorder words he is protecting his Relationship with Kugisaki Nobara by not letting any in , It's kinda odd to swallow, do it's what it is .

    I think yuji meant in a way his trio friends wont be replaced by anyone otherwise Yuji isn't someone who is willing to be a lover
