All who followed the Naruto/Boruto franchise know byakugan as one of the most protected kekkei genkai in Konohagakure!, The Hyuga clan doesn't play around when it comes to that, they even go as far as marrying only from their clan, just to keep Byakugan tightly locked in their clan, here's why they do this!

What if Lord Tengen was the one that Fought Akaza, what would've Gone wrong

  

Definitely if It was Lord Tengen that Fought Head on with Akaza he would have indeed ended the life of Akaza by simply Defeating Him, here's Why

 First and foremost the reasons why Rengoku lost his battle against Akaza was due to him not being too Resilience, neither was his speed and reaction rate fast enough to outpace Akaza, lastly he couldn't counterattack most of Akaza attacks which cost him and eventually do slowly but consistently lead to his death on the long run.

Well as for Lord Tengen he is the direct opposite of it all, when it comes to Lord Tengen Resilience he is in a different league in comparison to Rengoku, Lord Tengen Fought Head on with Gyutaro and During the battle from the first eye gazing at Gyutaro to the beheading of Gyutaro at the end of the Clash, Rengoku at all time was up for any twist of event, that alone shows how resilience Lord Tengen is.

   The Straight up answer to this will be because they're God's, Nonetheless it still doesn't clerify Neither justify the reason why Genjustu can’t be Use Against Otsutuski fully to our understanding.
